White Wine - Perrin La Vieille Ferme 2006 - Vintage 2006 - Cotes Du Luberon AOC - Meridionales - Cotes du Rhone - France - The owners of Château Beaucastel created this company several years ago. The wines produced here are for the most part produced under the name Perrin, but for the original Côtes du Ventoux, the name Vieille Ferme is used. Production is impeccable and offers a large range that is still very accessible.

2006 La Vielle Ferme Blanc Cotes du Luberon AC - This wine is a blend of Grenache blanc 30%, Bourboulenc 30%, Ugni blanc 30% and Roussanne 10% and once the grapes are in the winery they are lightly crushed, then pressed in a pneumatic press, prior to clarification of the must and cool fermentation. This takes place in vats for 90% of the blend, with 10% fermented in new oak barrels with lees-stirring.
